What do all memberships include?
• Full access Monday through Sunday (see schedule on the page)
• Monthly body measurement
• Workout plan designed by instructors (can be updated monthly if the client wishes)
• Open gym (train independently if you already have experience)
Important
Instructors are there to guide, correct technique, and support all users. They do not provide one-on-one assistance for the entire session.
Personal Training
Personal training is available at an additional cost. You can consult directly with each instructor for personalized attention.
The gym includes:
