With years of experience teaching vinyasa yoga classes and aerial yoga, Lisa hopes to bring a fun addition to all the beautiful offerings in our town!

The main idea is to have fun while treating your body with love and respect. There's morning practice at Tico's Surf School or the Mirador de Carrillo every day of the week, and Wednesday Evenings we meet from 6 to 7:30 pm at Chaki Café.
