We are a family owned business that was founded in Samara/Carrillo in 2010. Our founder, Kelly guides all the classes, trainings and retreats either alone or in collaboration with colleagues that align with her values and teachings. Our yoga programs and retreats are created to support your personal growth. Join us at our gorgeous yoga shala in Playa Samara, located above Musmanni Bakery in the Super Olas Plaza. All equipment is supplied; manduka yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are provided. We look forward to connecting with you!

Our surf lessons & coaching are curated to the level you arrive at. We are prepared for adaptive, beginner, and intermediate, students. Surf trips to surrounding beaches can be arranged with our local guides. Our surf coaches are 100% Tico and have been surfing the waves in our area for decades. They know the ocean, the elements and teach beyond learning how to get up on a surf board. They will take you on a journey if you’re prepared to advance and see progress in your surfing.
