The best kept habits are those learned young and One Love Sacred Center offers 3 separate age groups for their Youth Yoga classes. Monday's class is for children 4-6 year olds, Tuesday is for kids 7-9 year olds, & Thursdays the 10-12 year olds close out the week. www.onelove.com for more info
