Join Donna for an immersive and powerful group breathwork journey guided by the steady rhythm of your own breath and the luminous energy of the full moon. This ceremony is an invitation to release what no longer serves you, soften what feels heavy, and step forward with clarity, truth, and a sense of wholeness. This immersive two-hour experience includes gentle preparation to ground the body, a facilitated breathwork session, meditation, an integration circle to share and process your insights, and a warm cup of tea to close the evening in community.
