Every year, the organizers of La Feria Sámara bring us an evening Christmas Crafts edition Feria Navideña. And this year's market was a blast!
So many local vendors came out to help us complete our Christmas shopping lists. From jewelry to clothes, art to edible goodies, there was something for everyone.
The Feria Navideña kicked off with a Marimba performance by La Samareña, filling the market with the upbeat chimes of traditional compositions. Later, several local artist got together to provide a Super Jam, including Alan Alonso, Madison, Luchi, Torsten, & Vincente. When Santa joined the market, they got everyone in the Christmas spirit by playing Feliz Navidad.
The kids were overjoyed when Santa finally came to steal the show. We are so lucky he made the time in his busy schedule to visit us at the Feria Navideña by Feria Sámara. Santa was embracing the warm weather and going just for his Santa Robe to stay cool in our tropical December weather.
I can't stop thinking about all of the wonderful foods that were being served and sold. My favorite were the smokey and spicy sausages being sold right next to the AWA designs stand.
I can't wait for next year's fun!
Merry Christmas Everyone!
