Sign up today to begin your fitness journey with Déborah. She will have you stregthening your core, while increasing your stability and flexibility, every Monday and Friday from 8:30am-9:30am in the Cangrejal palm area. You will need suitable clothing, your mat, and water.
Individual class cost is 3500 and reservations are required, as space is limited.
