You're invited to the first Icebath Event of 2024 on Friday, January 26th at 8:30 am. We will start with breath work, jump in the ice bath, sananga drops, Fruit and tea will be served. Suggested energy exchange is 12,000 CRC, however any amount is accepted.

We have had a few requests lately to revive our ice bath events and here it is!
We are happy to invite you to the first Icebath Event of 2024 on Friday, January 26th at 8:30 am.
We will start with breath work, jump in the ice bath, sananga drops will be offered for the eyes for those who are interested.
We will share ideas and suggestions on how to befriend the Ego and live life on your terms!
Fruit and tea will be served.
Suggested energy exchange is 12,000 CRC, however any amount is accepted.
All you need is a bathing suit, towel and a smile!
If you don’t have a vehicle we will help to arrange pick ups in Sámara.
