JIU - JITSU will cultivate your ability to think clearly process and analyze information under extreme stress and pressure. Managing your adrenaline in a physical confrontation is the key to a positive outcome in a fight or when you're being attacked. Solid Self defense skills aren't  something your learn in a day or a week they are learned through consistent training and dedication . Cosmic traveler jiu jitsu club has a small group of men and women who are dedicated and passionate about JIU JITSU .
